Tipurile somatice

-Tipul endomorf:

Castiga usor masa musculara avand tendinta de ingrasare.

In acest caz , trebuie excluse din alimentatie: laptele, pastele fainoase, zaharul, sucurile de fructe.

-Tipul mezomorf:

Creste usor in volum muscular , si stratul adipos se formeaza mai greu.Trebuie evitate zaharul  si pastele fainoase.

-Tipul ectomorf:

Obtine foarte greu masa musculara.Se recomanda mese dese.
