(TRACTIUNI LA BARA CU PRIZA TIP SUPINATIE)

Acest exercitiu trebuie realizat  in urmatorul mod: atarnat la bara fixa, deschiderea bratelor trebuie sa fie egala cu latimea umerilor , realizandu-se tractiuni pana la nivelul barbiei sau chiar mai sus.
Tractiunile actioneaza asupra bicepsilor , flexorilor antebratelor si a marelui dorsal.
