Flotari cu sprijinul palmelor in spate.

Mod de executare:

Stand cu spatele la o masa , sprijinit de marginea acesteia , calcaiele in sprijin  pe o suprafata ridicata .Prin indoirea  bratelor se coboara centrul de greutate al corpului cat mai jos posibil , apoi se revine in pozitia initiala .Acest exercitiu solicita muschii tricepsi  si ai antebratelor.
