Utilitatea lui consta si in aceea ca ofera o ordine corecta a etapelor ce compun programul zilnic de antrenament, un complex de exercitii pe grupe de muschi atat pentru barbati cat si pentru femei precum si scurte consideratii privind interdependenta cu alti factori importanti ai vietii cotidiene.
